New LG mobile phone with Window Phone 7 Series

Microsoft recently announced the launch of Window Phone 7 Series. On Saturday, at Engadget Fair, LG announced the first LG mobile phone with Windows Phone 7 series. The event was broadcast live over the internet as the new mobile phone was unveiled to the world.

Aaron Woodman, Director of Microsoft, unveiled the prototype phone by presenting the main features of the phone. During the presentation Mr Woodman demonstrated the home screen, the search engine and other multimedia options using Bing . The phone’s slide out keyboard was designed by LG to maximise the benefits of Windows 7 to offer a unique user experience.

Since the agreement between both companies at the Mobile World Congress 2009, LG and Microsoft have worked together to incorporate the mobile market with Windows operating system, thus establishing the “age of smartphones”. Although the details of the Windows terminal 7 are not yet available, provides LG officially launch the device during the first quarter of 2010.
